These terms govern the use of RaraWin (rarawin.uk) by all registered players. By creating an account, punters agree to be bound by the conditions set out below, alongside any specific promotional terms attached to individual offers.
1. Eligibility
- Players must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if higher, to register or place a wager.
- RaraWin may request age and identity verification at any point, and reserves the right to suspend an account pending satisfactory checks.
- Only one account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address and per verified device. Duplicate accounts may be closed, with balances handled at the operator’s discretion under these terms.
- Employees, contractors and immediate family members of RaraWin are not eligible to hold a player account.
2. Account Registration
Registration requires accurate personal details, including full legal name, date of birth and a valid email address. Punters are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under their account. Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported to support immediately.
Accounts left dormant for 12 consecutive months may be classified inactive, and a small maintenance fee may apply as outlined at account level, though punters will be notified by email in advance of any such deduction.

Deposits must come from an account or card held in the punter’s own name. RaraWin reserves the right to decline or reverse any transaction that appears fraudulent, and to request proof of funds for larger withdrawals as part of standard anti-money-laundering checks.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, stated at the time the offer is presented, which must be cleared within the specified time limit before funds become withdrawable.
- Slot contributions to wagering vary by game and are listed in the promotion’s specific terms; some games may be excluded entirely.
- A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active; wagers placed above this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Withdrawing a real-money balance while a bonus is active and unconverted forfeits the remaining bonus funds and related winnings.
- RaraWin reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a promotional offer from any account showing signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to pattern betting designed to minimise risk while clearing wagering.
5. Responsible Gambling
RaraWin provides tools to support responsible play, including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-outs and full self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed before the selected period ends, in line with standard industry practice. 6. Account Suspension and Closure
RaraWin reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, underage access, or breach of these terms. Where an account is closed for reasons outside the player’s control, any verified real-money balance not connected to the breach will be returned.
7. Fair Play and Game Integrity
All games are supplied by licensed, independently audited providers, and outcomes are generated using certified random number generators. Reported RTP figures reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any outcome in a given session. In the rare event of a technical malfunction affecting a game round, that round will be voided and any wager refunded.
8. Limitation of Liability
RaraWin is not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party payment provider failures, or scheduled maintenance. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
Complaints should first be raised with the support team via live chat or email. Unresolved complaints are escalated internally, and if still unresolved after internal review, punters may refer the matter to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider, details of which are available on request from support.
10. Changes to These Terms
RaraWin may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory, operational or commercial changes. Material changes will be notified by email or an on-site notice ahead of taking effect. Continued use of the account after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute not resolved through the complaints procedure above falls under the jurisdiction of the applicable courts, without prejudice to any right to refer the matter to an ADR provider first.
12. Identity Verification and Anti-Money Laundering
In line with UK licensing conditions, RaraWin carries out identity and address verification on all accounts before a first withdrawal is released, and may request further documentation at any point where activity suggests a heightened risk of fraud or money laundering. Acceptable identity documents include a passport, photocard driving licence, or national ID card, and address verification is typically satisfied with a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in a restricted account until checks are complete.
13. Source of Funds Checks
For larger deposits or withdrawals, or where play patterns suggest a materially increased level of spend, RaraWin may request evidence of source of funds, such as recent payslips or bank statements. This is a standard regulatory safeguard applied across the industry and is not a reflection of suspicion directed at any individual punter specifically.
14. Intellectual Property
All branding, game artwork, logos and site content associated with RaraWin remain the property of the operator or its licensed content partners. Punters may not reproduce, redistribute or repurpose any part of the site for commercial use without prior written consent.
15. Severability
Should any individual clause within these terms be found unenforceable under applicable law, that clause will be considered separable from the remainder, which continues to apply in full.
